January Face2Face

As an E-Club the majority of our meetings are held using video conferencing software (Google Hangouts being our current technology of choice). However once a month we run a face to face meeting where our members come together and meet in person. Usually doing something interesting like having a meal or some form of activity like bowling etc. We find this gives us a great balance between our more business focused online meetings and the social aspect of meeting in person.

For our January Face2Face meeting, E-Club member and Chef Gareth Morgan, assisted by sous chef Peter Borner, treated us to an amazing dinner comprising of:

 

Homemade macaroni with wild pheasant and white truffle ragout

Braised oxtail and ox cheek with celeriac mash, Cavalero negro, roasted parsnips accompanied by lemon zest, garlic and parsley gremalato

Apple and prune tourtière topped with caramel beurre salé
